## How Pricing & Billing Works

The content below explains how billing works from the moment you install the app until your first payment.

### I. 72-Hour Exploration Mode

After installing the app, your store automatically enters **72-Hour Exploration Mode**.

#### During this period:

* You have **full access to all app features** to see how the app works on your store
* No subscription approval is required
* No charges are made

This mode is designed to let you explore how the app works on your store before making any commitment.

#### What happens after 72 hours?

* You’ll be prompted to **approve a subscription** to continue using the app
* If the subscription is **not approved**, the app will be **temporarily deactivated**
* All storefront setups will be **removed from your store** (no data is lost)

Once you approve the subscription, **all previous setups are automatically restored**.

### II. 30-Day Free Trial

* All paid plans come with a **30-day free trial**
* You won’t be charged during the trial
* Billing starts only after the trial ends

### III. 30-Day Refund Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied after your first payment, you’re protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Message us within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund you in full via Shopify.

## Early Bird Offer (Limited time)

To support merchants joining us early after the launch of paid plans, we’re offering a **limited-time Early Bird benefit**.
Early Bird offer: 🎉 20% off your first 3 monthly charges ⏰ Valid until: Feb 28, 2026

**How to claim:**

* Install the app before Feb 28, 2026.
* Try it freely for 72 hours with no subscription required.
* When you’re ready or after the 72-hour exploration ends, you’ll be prompted to approve the subscription, with the 20% Early Bird discount applied automatically (You will see "**20% off for first 3 charges”** on the Approve Subscription screen).
* You still receive a **30-day free trial**. Your first charge (at the discounted price) starts after the trial ends.
## If you change your Shopify plan later

If your store upgrades or downgrades its Shopify plan:

* Your app plan will automatically match the new Shopify plan (no action required, no interruption to your store).
* We’ll notify you by email when the change happens.
* Any price difference is applied to the next billing cycle, and you may be asked to approve the updated subscription to continue using the app.
