# Cancel subscription

You can cancel (unsubscribe) your OPTIS Color Swatch subscription at any time, directly inside the app.

## How to cancel

### Open the Pricing plan page

In the app, go to the **Pricing plan** page.

### Open the Unsubscribe section

Find the **Unsubscribe** card, then click the **Cancel subscription** button.

### Confirm

In the **Confirm to unsubscribe the app** popup, review the details and click **Confirm to unsubscribe**.

## What happens when you cancel

* The app is **deactivated** and **billing stops immediately**.

* Any charges already paid for the **current billing cycle are not refundable**.

* If you want to make full use of what you have already paid for, you can keep the subscription active until the end of the current billing cycle, then unsubscribe afterward.

* You can return to the app dashboard and **reactivate** at any time. A new subscription approval is required to resume your previous setup.
