Cancel subscription

You can cancel (unsubscribe) your OPTIS Color Swatch subscription at any time, directly inside the app.

How to cancel

Open the Pricing plan page

In the app, go to the Pricing plan page.

Open the Unsubscribe section

Find the Unsubscribe card, then click the Cancel subscription button.

Confirm

In the Confirm to unsubscribe the app popup, review the details and click Confirm to unsubscribe.

What happens when you cancel

• The app is deactivated and billing stops immediately.

• Any charges already paid for the current billing cycle are not refundable.

• If you want to make full use of what you have already paid for, you can keep the subscription active until the end of the current billing cycle, then unsubscribe afterward.

• You can return to the app dashboard and reactivate at any time. A new subscription approval is required to resume your previous setup.
