# How to approve our partner request?
We send the request to fix issue/do customization for you. Kindly let us know once you approve the request

#### Click the notification icon on the upper right, you will see an alert notify that we sent you a collaborator request
đźš© If you don't see the notification, you can go to **Settings** in your Shopify admin
Depending on your Shopify plan/interface:
* You may see **Users** → click it.
* Or you may see **Users and permissions** → click it instead

#### **In the Users / Users and permissions section, you will see "**OPTIS (by BSS Commerce) Support**" request a collab access > Click on it**

#### We already ticked the permissions we needed. So you just need to click "Accept request"
To see the permissions we’re requesting:
* If you’re in **Users and permissions**, you’ll see the requested permissions listed directly.
* If you’re in **Users**, click **Edit permissions** to review them
